AFTERNOON OF MICHELADAS AND DOMINOES
FLAVOR: Spicy – Citrusy – Salty
OCCASION: Football afternoon with friends, a good barbecue, and the craving for an ice-cold michelada
YOU WILL NEED:

1 light beer (Poker, Corona, Modelo, etc.)

¼ cup tomato juice

1 tablespoon hot sauce (Tabasco or Valentina), adjust to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Coarse salt for the rim (optional)

Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:

For a salted rim, spread the coarse salt on a small plate. Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the salt until evenly coated.

Fill the glass to the top with ice.

In a separate glass, mix the tomato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice.

Slowly pour the beer over the ice in the prepared glass.

Add the tomato and spice mixture to the beer, stirring gently to combine.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and, if desired, a celery stick.
