PISCO SOUR, CARDS, AND PLEASANT CONVERSATIONS
FLAVOR: Sweet – Citrusy – Sparkling
OCCASION: A gathering with friends, a card night, and pleasant conversations
YOU WILL NEED:

60 ml Peruvian pisco

30 ml fresh lime juice

22 ml simple syrup (gum syrup)

1 egg white
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
A few drops of Angostura bitters (for garnish)

Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker, add the Peruvian pisco, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, sugar, and egg white.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to mix all the ingredients well and emulsify the egg white.

Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.

Add a few drops of Angostura bitters on top of the cocktail.

Serve and enjoy your Pisco Sour!
